1. Scope of Services

We provide customised residential, commercial, and specialised cleaning services. Additional tasks may incur extra charges.

2. Bookings & Access

All bookings must be confirmed via website, phone, or email. Clients must ensure timely access, or a call-out fee may apply.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept EFT, cards, and invoicing. Late payments may attract fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or changes. Less notice may result in fees or full charge for missed appointments.

5. Our Guarantee

Unhappy with a service? Contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean the area free of charge.

6. Damage & Liability

We’re insured. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Fragile or improperly installed items
  • Unsafe or cluttered environments

7. Health & Safety

We use eco-friendly products. Inform us of any allergies. We do not handle biohazards or unsafe environments.

8. Your Responsibilities

Please ensure:

  • Pets and valuables are secured
  • Access codes/instructions are provided
  • Power and water are available
